This week PBS had a disco party for fulling the tube with conuters. We were given the opportunity to pick the songs for the disco party. We had a DJ that played the song we picked out. We could put on anything to the disco party we had a lot of fun at the disco.

I found the disco party fun because there was a DJ that play a lot of good songs.

For our task we needed to fine out 10 interesting facts about tokelau. We use our smart searching sklls to look for the 10 facts about there culture, I found out that  tokelau is the smallest economy of any nation we made this to celebrate Tokelau language week.

I found this task interesting because I did not know that anyone from tokelau are new zealand citizens.

our task was to crate a DLO about unity from kingitanga. We work in fours but I work in a pairs and we made a Google silde show and we answer the four questions that was given to us and me and my pair made a timeline  of all os the moari kings.

This activity was intersting because I learnt how Kingi Tuheitia’s movement.

For our research challeng we search why sleep is important. We were given questions to do we use videos to fine out the answers to the questions. Some of questions are What are the effects of not getting enough sleep, Why is sleeping healthy, and What are the side effects of not getting enough/too much sleep.

I enjoyed this activity because I learnt why sleep we need a lot of sleep.

This week we made Sea Creature for this task we me and my parnter kale made a sea creature we made where it is and we put in the man that have seen Creature so we made up this I think our one was good then we put a chest and a boat to make the backround look cool.

I found this fun because  I got to make my own  sea creature.

For Duffys 30th Birthday we made  different things like a  party hat and duffys box’s  we made the duffy box’s so we can put our books in because some kids do not have anywhere to put there books we got to put any design or cultural design. Then we went and made Duffy covers and put it in the front of the box after we made the box’s we went and made the party we can make it a cronw or a  hat  we use the coloered feltips or coluring pencils to design it we could put   glitter your hat or crown. Then we went to the hall and sang the Duffy song  and some students and teachers  talk about there favriote book and why its there favriote. Then we sang happy birthday to  Duffy then the whole school  eat a slice of cake. 

LI: To learn how and why we need to stay safe in and around water.

I made this DLO with my group David and AJ  we did this because we need to be safe in the beach.

First we put on 5 facts about beach safe then we put why it is important to know about beach safety. I think it is important to know about this because People in Newzealnd are surrounded by oceans so I think its good to know how to swim and why we need to know how to be safe.
